Hearing that the inspection and report ultimately helped you get money back at closing was absolutely amazing. That is one of those outcomes that makes all the crawling, climbing, photographing, testing, documenting, and report writing worth every minute. ? An inspection isn?t about trying to make a house look good or bad. It?s about giving you the clearest picture we reasonably can of the property in front of you so that you can make informed decisions with real information in your hands.
