I had a really great experience with Doctor Rooter Plumbing. I called them on Wednesday thinking it might be a week or more before someone could come out, but they were able to get an electrician to my job site by Friday, which was much faster than I expected. Alex was the technician who came out, and he was awesome to work with. He stayed in touch before the appointment, let me know what was going on, and was very easy to communicate with. Once he arrived, he took his time and was extremely thorough with his inspection. I never felt like he was rushing through the job. He explained everything he was looking at and made sure I understood what he found. It’s refreshing to work with a company that responds quickly and has people like Alex on their team who genuinely care about doing things the right way. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Doctor Rooter Plumbing again and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or electrical work.

I was so glad to find Billy at Doctor Rooter Plumbing. I reached out through the Angi site in desperate need of a plumber for a situation that occurred on a Sunday afternoon and within 5 minutes of posting my needs, someone at Doctor Rooter's called me asking more details of my need and assured me she could have someone at my home within an hour that day to fix my plumbing problem. Billy and his assistant came right away, assessed the situation, went to get the needed items to fix it and had me all fixed and on their way out within 2 hours. They made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up nicely before they left. Very professional, prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

James was absolutely phenomenal! The level of professionalism and work ethic is not very common anymore. The care and concern for every detail of the project was conveyed to me throughout the process, which was a large undertaking. James kept me abreast of the most minute detail which I appreciated greatly. As a female, it is easy to be taken advantage of financially. I would highly recommend James / Doctor Rooter to anyone for about anything. It was apparent that he was highly skilled and capable to do just about anything type of repair.

Has done several projects for me. From completely new water lines (colored so people like me can tell whatâ s hot water and whatâ s cold water haha), to installing/fixing toilets! Simple or complicated, he figured it out and got the jobs done. Very clean and efficient too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any of your needs! Professional and a straight shooter - wonâ t beat around the bush if itâ s bad news, but gives very fair prices! Value for the money is 10/10!
