"Thanks for taking the time to write this, and for being a long-time Doctor Sprinkler customer. We?re genuinely sorry this most recent experience didn?t match the quick, clear, and fairly priced service you?ve come to expect from us. A few things in your review are important, and we want to address them directly: · Estimate/service charge: Our initial visit fee covers dispatching a licensed technician to your property, diagnosing the request on-site, and building a scoped estimate. That said, we understand how frustrating it is if the visit felt brief and the value wasn?t clear in the moment?especially if expectations weren?t explained up front. · Delay in receiving the estimate: You shouldn?t have had to follow up after three business days. That?s on us, and we?re reviewing what happened so estimates go out promptly without customers needing to chase them. · Parts pricing concern: We hear you. Our pricing isn?t based solely on retail shelf price?our parts line can include the materials required to complete the install to code and reliably (pipe, fittings, swing joints/flex, connections, primer/cement, etc.), plus procurement/handling and warranty coverage. But if the estimate you received doesn?t clearly justify the parts total, that?s a communication and transparency problem?and we want to fix it. We?d appreciate the chance to review your specific estimate and break down exactly what was included and why. Please contact our office so we can provide an explanation of the parts/materials included, correct anything that?s inaccurate, and work toward a fair resolution. Thank you. We value the trust you?ve placed in us over the years, and we?d like the opportunity to earn it back. ?Doctor Sprinkler Team"
