The team came out and installed the TV wall mounts and televisions exactly where we wanted them.

Eduardo and David from Doctor TV were fabulous. They were efficient, professional, knowledgable and most pleasant. They did a magnificent job installing our new TV and managed to fix a problem with another television that Comcast could not. They were on time as promised, and a company we would definitely and strongly recommend to anyone needing their services. They really know their t. v.s and how each model works. Not only did they install our two televisions, they made sure each was hooked up with the remotes and programs. We were thrilled.

I would not recommend Dr. TV, especially to women who may not feel comfortable having to argue with a contractor in their own home just to get a job done correctly. I hired them to assemble a desk and install a smart thermostat. After the first visit, the desk's 6 cubby shelves were drastically uneven. They sent the technician back, and after another hour, he said it was fixed. It wasn't. When I pointed this out, he insisted the shelves were supposed to be uneven and made me pull up the product listing to prove otherwise. I figured out the problem myself: he had installed an entire side of the desk upside down. He argued with me before finally agreeing to flip it. Now I've realized he didn't flip the shelves with it, so on every shelf on that entire half of the desk, the hardware is facing up and visibly exposed. After two visits and about four hours, my desk is still assembled incorrectly. He also needed to FaceTime someone and use ChatGPT to figure out the thermostat wiring.

They tried to charge me more than originally quoted after they started working on the job. Then sent a second person and tried to charge me more. I paid for the two desks they put together and sent the worker home. I will never use them again and recommend you find another more honest company to work with.

Albert did an excellent job putting together a console cabinet! A job that would have taken me hours plus frustration, he put it together in an hour and 10 minutes. Plus the job was reasonably priced.

I have written a couple of reviews but am not sure if they actually posted. Doctor TV provided excellent service. Eduardo was communicative from beginning to the end of the job. He and his partner were punctual, professional, tidy and the service cost was pleasantly affordable. I would highly recommend Doctor TV. They mounted my TV and assembled my electric desk and I am very happy with the outcome!

He was amazing! The job was a lot more than he expected but he stayed significantly longer than originally quoted and did an amazing job. Very professional, courteous , and knows what he is doing! Can’t recommend enough!
