Frank was great. He explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it very clearly. Had it fixed very quickly. Would definitely use Doctor Watts Electric again.

He did a great job and was able to come the same day to start the work (it took him two days to complete since we added on another item to fix). He seemed honest and had a fair price. I'd hire him again.

I installed some new modern light switches but the configuration was different than the old switch. As a result, it wouldn't work right. It only took the tech 2 mins to fix the problem and explain what happened. Great experience for a decent price.

I called doctor watts literally months ago to fix a led light at the entrance to the community. Initially the process went smoothly they scheduled a time for the service person to come out. The service man I believe his name was DJ came and met me at the light. He said he could get it working no problem and showed me that ants had destroyed and electrical piece which was the issue. I paid him via a company card and he was to complete the work the next day. Since this was a light that came on at dusk I did not notice the light wasn?t working for a few days. I then called up the company and the receptionist said she would get the person to call me back. A week went by no call. Repeat over and over. Eventually the receptionist started screening my calls, I know this because she would pick up when I called from different numbers. The work still has not been completed and this company basically stole our money. Horrible company , do not use them.

What I wanted couldn't be done but they worked with me to find a solution within my budget.

DJ was the electrician and he responded fast but there were a couple issues, one he quickly corrected and the other he failed to mention. He had to remove a stud when replacing a switch box and it did damage to the wall on the other side. He never told me and it was a house in the process of being sold. When the buyers saw the damage they got upset. If I had known it would have been less awkward because I could have let them know and scheduled someone to repair the wall. I felt like there were some communication issues but the work quality was high and very fast.

They were professional, and answered any questions I had for them.

DJ was very good and very well mannered.

Contacting Doctor Watts Electric was a breeze. The biggest downside was that the tech did not show up for the initial estimate. I had to call and find out what happened. Apologies were made, as was a new schedule. After that, everything ran smoothly, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Our technician was very friendly and professional, and I’m happy with the project cost and work quality. Would hire again.

It took them a while to get here but when they did their work was good

the initial job was perfect, when the issue arrived, they were nowhere to be found, poor communication.

Our power went out during the snow/ice storm in December 2017. Half of our house lost power and when everyone else's power returned... ours did not. Dr. Watts came over at about 9 PM, gave us a very thorough quote with options, and came right back over the following day to make repairs. His prices seemed very fair and he is willing to work with you and your budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was so happy to find an electrician willing to work on Christmas Eve "Eve". A tree limb had fallen on my electrical wire to the house so I was without power. DJ did what it took to get me back in business by the end of the day. Very friendly and professional service. Would definitely use this company again.
