He had to reschedule and was late to the second appointment made. However, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Service person was extremely polite and on time. Upfront with costs and the service was performed in a professional and timely manner. Furnace is working very well. He actually suggested that we check on existing warranties for our furnace which we never would've done. Of course we missed the warranty expiration by one month but without Doctors asking us about it, we never would have looked into it. Nice to see a contractor looking out for the customers needs first. Well Done Doctors!

First he cancelled the first appoint we had set 3 weeks previous as I was on my way to the property. He showed up for tune up with just a handheld vacuum cleaner I had to borrow him a flash light. He informed me he need to order a part in order to get the unit to work. He installed the part a few weeks later and said everything was working and requested payment, after he left I was informed (it's a rental uniit) the heat did not work, he told me someone would be out the next day to take a took between 5:00-5:30. I went there and nobody showed up. I have left several messages and email and have not recieved a response after 10+ days.

Dan was very professional and nice. He quickly came to our house to give us an estimate and within the next two weeks we had our furnace and air conditioning installed. His workers were also very nice and pleasant. His prices are very fair. All in all I was very pleased and will recommend him to my family and friends. I am very satisfied with his work.

Rather pricey for an "inspection" of my furnace that required no work or service whatsoever (about three times what I expected after scheduling the appointment). Also gave me false/incorrect information that electronic air cleaner was working as intended -- it was not, as confirmed by the manufacturer. UPDATE to review above: My furnace stopped working this week. Called another service company, who found that the "limit" was hanging out of the furnace and shorted out the transformer! Doctors had removed that for inspection and didn't reinstall! This cost me another $130. (Actually cheaper than what Doctors had charged the 1st time)

We just hired him for a furnace checkup. We thought the service was one price, but he charged us more to replace the filter because ours was the larger filter then standard. He had to reschedule our first appointment, but that wasn't a problem for us.

Daniel was very professional, he was at our home exactly at the time he said he would be and the problem was fixed immediately. I would definitely use him again for any future heating and cooling needs. A+++

Professional, honest, reliable

Very unprofessional job. Job was scheduled for 1 1/2 days it took 4, they said it was because they were waiting for the vents to come in (the job could have been done in a day, and when the vents came in they could have came back to put them on) When they did come on Sat to finally finish the job they had a Home Depot bag with the two vents. Also, they would work for an hour and then leave to get materials, they would be gone for 1 1/2 hrs and come back and work for 30 minutes and leave again this went on the whole job. Also claimed they had problems with my check and wanted me to write another, but I knew it was cashed. Then wanted the final payment in cash. I had them hook up a condensation pump, which wasn't tested before they left, and when I did test it, it didn't work because they didn't remove the tab that clearly stated "REMOVE" when I remove the tab the pump worked, but the tubing they used was to big which caused water to run all over my basement floor. I made a BIG mistake using them and would NEVER recommend them.

Rescheduled twice which was fine for us since we were flexible, but would be a real problem if you had a tight schedule. Price seemed a little high.

Workers were very patient and filled me in on the health of my furnace and possible corrective actions that may need to be taken in the future.

We scheduled Doctors to perform cleaning and maintenance checks of our air conditioner and furnace. Although they cancelled the first appointment, they made the second, and seemed to be thorough in their work. The technician also provided useful explanations and information along the way. The price seemed reasonable.

Daniel the owner was a very friendly person. He was very prompt to reply to my service request. He completed the job on time and explained to me what was being done. I would definitely use his services for any heating or cooling jobs at my house.

Daniel, the owner, is very friendly and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. My basement is less than pleasant, but Daniel and his crew took it in stride and installed my new furnace quickly and efficiently. I plan on adding air conditioning later, and will use Doctor's for that, as well.

Dan was very friendly, corteous and honest. We enjoyed working with him and would definitely call him again & recommend him.

I appreciate the courtesy, but $120 was a little steepjust to blow through a hose.
