Instead of taking a loss on materials, it was switched to my driveway. 2 loads of crushed rock were installed before asphalt was applied. They started putting the asphalt about 3:00 pm. Then his brother informed me sealant needed to be applied, and no cracks were guaranteed for 5 years. They even told me it would be repaired. I thought they had done a good job until the driveway cured enough to walk and drive on. That's when I noticed the problems. A portion was not covered on the existing d/w. Dead roots and grass showing through the asphalt. A water bottle is embedded in the d/w. When parked on the d/w, vehicles leave an indent on the surface. Now several cracks are appearing at the entrance. The original agreement was to install a new d/w where the trailer is parked. That cost was $5,000. Then I decided to pave over the existing d/w with an agreed price of $3000. Then the sealant job was another $3000.

They did an absolutely fantastic job. Took them an hour to complete the job. They edged the whole thing, and made sure no dirt or leaves were left on the driveway before sealing. They did a phenomenal job!!!!
