This is the second job I’ve hired Monty Dodge to do. You don’t ask the same contractor back a second time unless you were satisfied the first time! He will give you a reasonable cost estimate and clearly explain any needed change orders as the job progresses. This job was to finish out the soffit (unfinished underside) of the roof over our deck. Very nice work!

Monty and the guys stripped the old siding ,windows,concrete porch and walk. They came back and replaced wrap, windows, siding and paint and the built a great new deck and ramp. Thanks! you guys. You'll be the first to call for any further work on our house. Dan and Kathy

Monty is very busy. Grant that. But he fit us in for small siding repair and paint. Took couple days. Had some weather challenges but he and his crew got Er done. Thanks again. Would recommend and use his crew again.

Great team of guys working together to get the job done. Ran into an issue that got resolved quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the education Monty gave me on home repairs as they worked on the project. I will definitely hire Dodge for my next home project. PS only reason I did not give them a 5 on price is because several other contractors failed to provide estimates for me to compare. Still very glad I went with Monty Dodge.
