Everything went smoothly. Even from the first time contacting them, they were always very responsive to all of my inquiries and helping me select the best ac and heating system. The team arrived on time from day 1 onwards and did everything to get the job done. They kept me up to date on the progress as well through out the installation. On the last day they showed me all the equipment they installed as well as how to run the thermostats they installed as well. We had a slight problem after about a week with one of the wires running the fan, but Keith (the owner) came out within 12 hours and fixed it. Everything now works as planned and we are very satisfied with it! I would definitely recommend them for anything for your heating and cooling needs.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
I am months late getting this review in; sorry for the delay! We were out of state when we got word (from a neighbor) that our heat pump was making quite a loud noise. Got on Angieâ s List and found Dodge. Called and left a message (it was, of course, over New Yearâ s weekend!). Keith called me and said he would have it checked out first thing in am on )an 2, which did happen. (I did also call another local company who never responded:( Keith was able to repair our heat pump, which (he mentioned this as well) is on borrowed time! We really appreciated his dedication and immediate response/attention to our problem; it was quite a relief that this was taken care of... TU Keith :)

I would highly recommend Dodge Cooling and Heating. They did a Spring tune up on my central air conditioning system and were extremely responsive, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for any future heating and A/C needs that I may have.

First, Keith is a professional. Although that may seem obvious, he is extremely well acquainted with the equipment he and the guys service. He looks at the most likely explanation for an issue first before jumping to other possibilities. Once the issue is identified, he does not take shortcuts. Second, the guys he employs like him. It is obvious and that is a huge benefit. The speak highly of him and his family. His guys have the same outlook on the job. Third, they make the customer feel very comfortable. I could say lots more so I will finish with this; his company will be my HVAC professionals from now on. I highly recommend Dodge HVAC.
