The security of knowing my dog is safe was definitely worth the cost. The hidden fence works great. Joseph and Jordan were wonderful and installed the fence. In addition, they provided the initial training. Working with the owner during the information and purchasing was easy.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I already knew that I would get this for my granddaughter. Already had some equipment so I ask with that would the cost be. He said $700 so I said yes. Well then had to add a few more items and it was over $800. A true cost should b given the first time. Might help for future customers. Thanks

Outstanding customer service. Been with them for about 10 years. We're one of their first customers. Always available for repairs...usually same day, and we've had several hits to our lines. Jordan just upgraded our line, and everything went very smooth. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Wonderful company and people! The hidden fence is great! Our two cute adopted puppy Beagles love to run and play outside. They have a lot time outdoors and worry free and love every minute! They learned the boundaries of the hidden fence in less than 3 days. We also appreciate the unlimited training.

I found Derrick and his staff to be very patient, knowledgeable and helpful in training our dogs. We are in the process of having them trained now and he told us that we could reach out to him for on-site training at any time. It s nice to know that my dogs are not on the clock to be perfect specimens right away. It s nice not having to fear repeated and costly training sessions. I have the upmost confidence that my dogs will be trained as advertised.

Derrick was great from start to finish. He explained everything fully and made sure we got the products that were best for our family. He did a great job on the install and hung out while we got our dog comfortable with the fence.
