Andrew was super helpful. Got everything installed and then helped me understand everything. The training he gave us was spot on, my dogs took to the fence really quickly. I am so glad to no longer need the tie out in the yard! They have so much more space this way!

Where do I start .............. We are so happy that we found and hired Dogwatch to install our fence. From the moment that Tom showed up to look at our project we felt at ease and that we made the right choice in choosing them. Tom was quick to get us scheduled within a few days. On the day of installation we met Andrew and Anthony both of whom were very knowledgeable about the fence install. The installation was quick and got done with out any issues. Whether it was Tom or Andrew and Anthony we could tell that they each truly cared about our pet's safety and our complete satisfaction. They did a great job. Knocked out the install in a few hours and trained my dog for an hour. I have a golden doodle and it only took a couple days to train her.

My eight month old puppy ran out the front door of the house headed for a very busy Street. I did get him before he got hit. After returning home I decided to call an electric fence company. DogWatch was at my house within an hour and we decided on a collar instead of an electric fence. They trained him and to this day he won't go within three feet of the front door. It is on a mild setting so it doesn't hurt him. I would highly recommend hiring this company. They were very professional, knowledgeable and able to train my dog on the spot.

the work was done one time. There was no problems with setting up time and date for the work to be done. We were notified when they had a problem with the machine and had to change the date by two days.
