3-5 New Window Installation
The father of the company came out and gave me an estimate on my windows, quoted me a price and drew up a contract I signed it and gave them a down payment. That was in August of last yr. 2022 and was told they would order them and have the windows installed by October. I hadnâ t heard from them so I called the end of September. I was told they wouldnâ t be able to get the windows I wanted till the first of the year and was asked if I still wanted them, I said yes! At that time they told me the would order them the and have them in by April! March was here and didnâ t hear from anyone so I called left messages no response, called and left a text message no response called 3 more time and we were in April already no response. My son called because I had given them his # thinking I might miss their calls, he got no response the last call I made was on 4/14/23 no contacted me by phone but just last week I received a letter from Dorhery Brothers stating they could no longer get the windows I wanted was not given an option to have a different type of windows put in. They did send me a personal check of my down payment along with the letter that was it no one called to explain why they couldnâ t get those windows or sorry about the delays, nothing! So I will give them a big thumbs down!

The crew was efficient and friendly and they cleaned up after work was completed. They check after the work was done to make sure there were no issues.
