Turned on the new pipe and faucet for the first time after the winter season, and it leaked inside at the shutofff valve and far worse outside at the faucet than before they worked on it.

I am fairly happy with the work ethic and expertise. Their commitments proved to be reliable. The work involved finding a proper replacement cartridge and install it. I am planning to use Doherty Plumbing in the future when/if needs arise.

Excellent work. They responded quickly to our request for service. Travel was hampered by snow so we had to delay the appointment time a few hours. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Very satisfied with the service.

Excellent work. No cash discount, though, and not inexpensive by any means. Left some hand prints on the wall which I was able to take care of with majic eraser. Prompt, courteous and friendly, though. A really good man, really excellent work. Prompt and courteous, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

They were 45 minutes late so I left as I had errands to run. Second time I had a doctor appointment that ran over. Dispatcher kept calling me during my doctor's visit. Rude. Finally came. Not impressed. Charged me $73.41. Said I needed a new toilet that would cost $615.00. Said I had calcium buildup that could not be removed. Sounds like BS to me.

"Ms. Donovan, Due to the nature of the business, we can't offer exact arrival times. Sometimes jobs go longer than originally planned, and that's why we give two hour time windows to our clients. We were set to arrive 45 minutes into your scheduled time frame, but unfortunately you were unavailable at that time, which is why we had to reschedule. As for the second visit, you never informed us that you were at a doctor's appointment. We were calling because we had a technician sitting outside of your house during the time we were scheduled to be there. It was never our intention to be rude. Had we known that you had a doctor's appointment, we could have rescheduled ahead of time, instead of wasting another trip. When our schedules finally aligned, we came out to test your shower drain, which is the initial issue that caused you to requested an appointment. That is what you were charged for. We provided you with a no-obligation quote to supply all labor and procure all materials needed to replace your toilet and were on our way. I'm sorry you feel that we failed to live up to your expectations, but we had to make three trips to try to assist you, and you were only charged for one of them. It is never our intention to "BS" our clients. We pride ourselves on offering quality service for a fair and honest price. I think that the rest of our reviews make that clear. When I called Mike the service Manager in Chantilly, VA to tell him my sink garbage disposed fell down into the cabinet below and I needed to do my Christmas baking that day,he got right on it by rearranging his crew and sending a tech named Donny. He reattached it & repaired the cracked PVC piping. He came out that very same day. I am so grateful and pleased they saved me. I would recommend their service to anybody.

Very prompt and professional service. Bob Ness did an excellent job and was extremely helpful. I called this company to fix my garbage disposal but Bob Ness also fixed a problem with my dishwasher. Very, very reasonable charge.
