In August, 2023, Doing it Right replaced our roof on my home. This was our second roof replacement on our home. From the very beginning of our experience with sales to installation, to inspection of the final product with the project manager, it far exceeded our expectations. The installation crew was outstanding, working efficiently, protecting my flowers and shrubbery, and leaving our property in perfect condition at the end of the day. Since that installation, we recently had an issue with a piece of our siding blowing off during high winds. Our siding was not installed by Doing it Right. It was siding installed when our home was built. With the siding in hand, I called Doing it Right to ask if they could nail it back in. Derek, a Project Manager, promptly called me back. Later, John, a service tech, came to my home. He was able to nail the piece back in and gave a quick check if any other pieces of siding needed attention in that area. Great Customer Service!

The whole experience was wonderful with Doing it Right Roofing. The salesman who provided the estimate was professional & nice. I do not feel like the company tried to "upsell me". The workers arrived early each day & worked until evening to get the work done as quickly as possible. I was especially happy with the daily clean up of the area as I live in the city & the houses are very close together. The foreman Matt was great! He was easy to reach and solved any problems that occurred quickly. I will definitely call Doing it Right Roofing for my future siding replacement project.

Would highly recommend! Chris, the field supervisor, and his crew did a great job. Neal, the sales associate, kept us up to date throughout the project and Brianna, administrative assistant, was personable and got back immediately with answers to any questions. Very satisfied!

They worked so hard, especially after some difficulties (raccoon-related, not their fault!) to make sure that everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Canâ t say enough about this company from Jude to Garrett to Willy and the crew. You could say Iâ m picky and you would be right. My house is 93 years old & I wanted to keep itâ s â characterâ . Went with Cedar Discovery vinyl shake siding to eliminate the expensive maintenance. Had to have old cedar shake siding removed -very labor intensive & the crew worked from dawn to dusk to remove it and were still pleasant! I must say I was extremely impressed by the immediate responses to questions or concerns I had from ALL of the above mentioned -answered within a 1/2 hour (a rarity). Very professional (but down to earth), prompt, and attention to detail were key to the success of this project. They went above and beyond & even remedied issues that they felt needed attention to prevent future problems! I would highly recommend this company if your motto is â Doing It Rightâ .

After soliciting bids from several other industry participants, we elected to engage DIR Roofing to replace the roof on our house ( including 4 skylights) and another roof on a detached screened- in porch with an integral shed. In short, we made the right decision! There was a minor aesthetic issue with the roof installation of the detached screened-in porch. Reflecting the customer-centric focus of DIR, this minor problem was quickly remedied to our satisfaction. Their value proposition of great products, great service, and great price is outstanding!!! Congratulations, DIR on a job well !!!
