My condo assn decided to have all the homeowners do extensive repairs to their townhouses, I contacted Dolan Construction and Remodeling to replace some wood siding on my unit. Because of the 3 R's- Reasonable, Reliable and Responsive, a majority of the other homeowners in the development also contracted with Dolan Const. This was a stressful situation for the homeowners and Dolan put everyone at ease. The crew is knowledgeable, do quality work, and clean up at the end of the day. We were also under time constraints and all work was done on time. Highly recommend

My siding was replaced quickly and was well done. The only criticism I have is that many nails from the tearoff of the original wood siding were left in my yard and flower beds.
