I was very happy with the service. They gave me a reasonably quote and I had the work done. I am very pleased with Dole.

Work was fast and he installed 3 vents. Quality workmanship. Would hire them again.

Doc came out and blew us away with his price compared to the 'big' names in St. Louis. Hopefully we are set for a while, but I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Dole was extremely accommodating. He came out the same day. The prices were under what I was quoted previously from another company. In 30 minutes, my furnace was fixed and running great!

They were reasonably priced and did a quality job.

I was not able to get a written quote up front and this caused some confusion at the time of install but the rep from Dole took care of things promptly. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to a friend.

Dole showed up within 2 hours of my call. The tech was super friendly and knowledgeable about my air. I paid a small flat rate to cover the a/c visit as well as another visit in the fall to perform maintenance on my furnace. I already have recommended Dole to a couple of friends and will continue using their services. Great company!

They went above and beyond expectations. When i had an emergenry stiuation, the servicer was willing to help without being asked too. Very curtious, knowledgeable, respectful and accountable. I'm just sorry it was pouring rain on him at times. Would use Dole again. Thank you :)

Didn't bring enough hard dryer vent pipe to go all the way to the specified location. Also, when replacing the AC/Heater duct, they didn't actually construct a new enclosed box as I had asked, and I think what they did is probably going to be poorly insulated in the winter due to this.

Dole Heating and Air Conditioning does excellant work for a reasonable price. Dole Heating and Air Conditioning call before arriving and call upon completion of the job. I will continue to use them for all my properties whenever I have a heating/cooling problem. Thank you!

Fast & courteous, got here when they said they would. Work was done in a timely manner for exactly how much was quoted. All aspects of the repair were discussed as well as possible problems-but no pressure to spend more money!
