Did exactly as promised. Recently bought a home built in 1965. Somewhere along the way a 9x5 utility room was added on without proper slab prep. The room had sunk in to ground and leaned away from the house causing large gap separation in the connecting walls and uneven flooring. One visit and 20 years of erosion was cured. Room is level and plumb and looks like it never had a problem in the first place. Very happy with John and his company.

First used Dolezar 5 years ago when my house sank on the back corner. John was very informative and did a wonderful job. Last month I had some concerns about the corner and John came quickly and did touch up on repair. Very happy and would highly recommend this company.

This project was completed in 2012, The estimate and engineering report was very thorough. The actual work was carried out by what appeared to be one expert with two other apprentices...but other than taking longer than expected, they did a good job...although they left in a hurry, and didnt clean up around the truck they had in my driveway. Overall, work performed was good...and my concrete pad was restored and did not sink at all from 2012 to 2017 while I lived at the property.

Did not go over an original estimate. On time & ready to work. I would definitely recommend them & if other projects come up, I will use Dolezar Construction again.

We hired Dolezar when our chimney began to break away from the rest of the house. It was an add-on and was not sufficiently supported. Dolezar used pressure grouting to fix the issue and prevent further problems. They were professional, scheduled our initial estimate quickly and the price was very fair. Once hired, they fixed the problem right away. Great experience.

John is a 2nd Generation Master at correcting slab problems. You can trust that you have the best in the business.

Great experience! Owner came out and gave me an estimate for raising and stabilizing the foundation on one side of the house. Work was completed early and below estimate. Due to my work schedule, I was unable to be at home when work was completed. The owner insisted on coming back later in the day to explain the job to me and receive payment. I would definitely recommend giving Dolezar Construction a call, if you have foundation issues.
