Jacob quickly diagnmosed our roof leak cause and presented me with several low cost solutions. He also installed a much needed chimney cap. I really liked that he took pictures and clips of the problem areas so that he could explain the problems and how he recommended fixing them. After the work was done, he once again took pictures to show the finished work. His pricing was great.
