I was online @ 8p.m; the next morning 8:04 Jim called to inquire about the job and would bid on it @ 3:30p.m. At exactly 3:30 Jim was there. Under budget and just did an awesome job, extremely polite, very professional. Nobody else even called until AFTER Jim was finished! Couldn't be happier!
