I have had Domestic Detailing in 3 houses...when I move, they come with me! I’ve been with them thru at least 2 owners and obviously, they are wonderful!! They send out either a team of 2 or 3 friendly people and they have my house clean in no time! And do a much better job than I do!

They give you a list of things that they include, presumably to show that they are indeed detailed. They were not. No pictures were dusted, lamps, shelving. One of the girls was very detail oriented, her partner whipped through missing something in every room. Very disappointed.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They did not do a thorough job. They didn't clean my dining room table or the legs of the table, the tables in the living room only the tops were cleaned not the legs or the inside of the doors on two tables. The drawers in the kitchen and the refrigerator inside was not done. They did a good job in the bathrooms. I had wanted to go through the rooms with the ladies and make sure what I wanted done was okay, but didn't get the chance.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I am very pleased with the service received from the original cleaning. We hired this company for an ongoing service every other week. The owner was patient and very helpful in our first contact. Having newly moved to the state, we did not hire them immediately as we had to get things unpacked and in order first. I am grateful that my first call was so successful that I didn't need to look further.

A team from Domestic Detailing arrived, conducted a short interview and tour through my home and went to work. They worked for 3 solid hours without a break. They did what they said they would do and left. Both team members were personable and friendly. I am well satisified and will continue employing this company.

Julie did a move-in clean on my new house and then the move-out clean on my apartment. She did a great job on both! There were a couple of very minor things that were missed but overall, both places were clean and sparkley and smelled really good too. I would definately use again.

Cleaned fans and floors and it was pretty good. Only one area on the Kitchen cabinets along the floor were not cleaned at all but the inside of the cabinets were clean. Overall, they did a good job.

They came to the empty house and cleaned after the tenant moved out. They cleaned the ceiling fans, kitchen appliances and baseboards. The house look pretty good. Thanks for a job well done.

Their website is great and sets high expections; however, I will not be using them again. The office manager is wonderful, but the service teams are late (no phone calls - you have to call and ask where they are) and the expectations set are not met. The checklist was a big selling point, but was not provided at the end of service. I received a lot of excuses, but they did not deliver on their promises. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN.

I was very pleased with my initial cleaning. They were able to clean my entire house within the time estimated on the phone. There were no additional charges or surprises. They called me to remind me of the date and time before the cleaning. My house was perfect.

We were really happy with the job the two staff members did. The house looks great! The house needed a good cleaning after the previous owners moved out. It was a huge job and they did everything on the list. We have already recommended them to other people and will continue to do so.

Juanita and Angela did an excellent job in a very dirty house. I appreciated their attnetion to detail when cleaning and did everything from stove, fridge and the rest of the house. They were miracle workers in the bathrooms. Thank you very much for your hard work!!

Pretty good job. This was a deep clean before move in. Missed alot of window sills, and upper tops of cabinets were totally missed. But overall pretty good.

"Upper tops of Kitchen Cabinets are not part of our cleaning service do to safety restrictions but we do all inside kitchen shelving and kitchen cabinet outsides. Window sills should not have been missed and we have worked with that team to be sure this will not happen again. If the customer had told us, we would have come back out and cleaned the missing window sills. Charles Turner: Owner"
