Very nice and accommodating!

I put in the request on Angi on 06-28. Kirby from Dominant Plumbing Solutions called that day. I explained the situation. He offered an appt the next day, 06-29, which I accepted. I said, 'how do you charge, I only want an estimate'. He replied that the estimate was free, if I chose not to use Dominant Plumbing, that's ok. Kirby arrived on 06-29 around 09:00 A.M. I showed him the issue. He said he would diagnose it. I replied I would be at my desk on the second floor, let me know when he had a price. The leak was in the basement bathroom. He said ok. About an hour later, since he hadn't contacted me with a repair estimate , I went to check. Kirby was on the bathroom floor using a flashlight to look under the tub. About another hour later, Kirby came to the bottom of the stairs to the second floor, said he was finished. He said the issue was a tub drain that either wasn't sealed enough at installation or not screwed down tightly enough. He said he'd resealed and screwed down the tub drain. He said there were no leaks without showing me proof. He then said the price was 250.00. I said 'I didn't ok that, I wanted an estimate'. He responded 'I can get you down to 215.00'. I paid it to get him out of my house. This way of working is a violation of the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices Act. I'm guessing I'm not his first fraud victim but I should be the last. To add insult to injury, his diagnosis and 'repair' didn't fix the problem. There's still water leaking.

These guys were awesome! We had a clogged line that was back feeding water underneath our kitchen sink, I wasted 2 hours trying to unclog it. These guys answered quickly, got the job done quickly and were -by far- the best price! I’d call or recommend them to any-and everyone!
