Absolute the worse experience. I hired Dominic as an architect/engineer for a residential carport repair. A project I believed to be very simple. I paid a premium which I did not mind because I thought the level of service would match the cost- you get what you pay for? It took three submissions to get plan approval costing me each time the plans were resubmitted (I gave him the benefit of the doubt placing blame on a though building department ). But then once I started construction, the GC realized discrepancies in the plan. We called him for clarification- he was very short and not helpful. He even hung up the phone on me stating that he was too busy to answer my questions. He then began avoiding my calls which forced me to call from an alternative phone number which he then answered. For the last month, I have been requesting he meet the GC and me on-site to review the issues with the plans and I have been stonewalled. This has been a complete nightmare. I would not recommend him to my worse enemy.
