The appraiser got here early and was here for a total of 16 minutes from the time he walked into our gate to the time he left. Our appraisal came in $20,000 less than the appraisal the previous year. The pictures he took were blurred because he never stopped to take pictures and just took them as he walked quickly through the house. The majority of time he spent was outside walking around the house. Not happy that we paid even more than last year for a poor job.

He takes great pride in his work, very experienced, very intuitive for the people; get more that they are accustomed to getting. Mortgage companies just what the minimal things. I talked to him about that, he really wants to do it right.
