Domus Construction did a wonderful and thorough job on our great looking new roof and gutter screens in April 2023. We were in need of a new roof which was a total tear out, replacing damaged/rotted plywood, putting on gutter screens, etc.. They were very professional, took only couple days to complete all the work, did a thorough cleanup picking up the debris/nails. They kept me up to date on their progress, respectful of property, helpful, hardworking, great warranty service, wonderful customer service, friendly and courteous team. We are thankful this big job was accomplished prior to this summer, especially after all the torrential rain/storms we have experienced during the summer and now thru the fall. I would highly recommend DOMUS CONSTRUCTION to anyone out there needing a new roof or repairs. Thank You!

Today the job conducted by Domus Construction from NJ is completed. I have to begin with loud praises for Stewart as he is the most considerate and pleasant person yet, Thank you, Stewart. My work consists of rebuilding a new roof, rebuilding a new chimney, and new gutters, this was all done to perfection. I was amazed at the machinery they were using plus the entire work crew. they told me all will be done in 2 days and it was so. I am extremely pleased as a homeowner and will wholeheartedly recommend this company in a heartbeat This was a very welcoming and satisfying experience for me and I have had my home for over 25 years now as I am 68 yrs old and dealt with lots of situations in the past. I had new siding installed about 10 years ago and I had a lifetime warranty on the siding. That company went out of business during the Covid-19 shutdown. Several strips of siding had become partially detached and I was in a rush to get fixed because of the forecast of severe winds in the near future. I had used Domus in the past to install a new roof. Since they did such a good job I decided to see if they could fit in this siding repair into their schedule. Domus sent GI to do the work on a Saturday. He did an excellent job and for a very reasonable price.

Domus Roofing installed a beautiful new roof and replaced 3 old skylights. Sal gave us a friendly no pressure presentation and stayed in contact throughout the process. Domus provided us with an Owens Corning warranty for the materials AND workmanship.

The project was top notch from start to finish. The crew was extremely professional. I could not have been more pleased with the work.

After interviewing somewhere around 10 roofers in my area, I could not be more pleased that my last interview was with Ralph from Domus Roofing. (And he traveled an hour and a half from his home base to see my job). I had prior estimates so high that I actually asked other roofers if they had guns and masks to rob me. Ralph came in without even knowing my prior estimates and literally blew their prices out of the water. He did not try to upsell me on services I didn't need and was more than straight up with me in every aspect of the sale. I knew just by speaking with him that I wanted his company to do my roof. There was a two week layover from contract signing to the actual install and on SEVERAL occasions I called Ralph with concerns and not one call went unanswered. Try to say that about other roofing contractors. (Don't hold your breath). He and his crew showed up ON TIME to do the job and were finished in a very timely fashion, even when my roof threw them some curveballs with repairs needed when old roof came off (rotten wood, etc). The work was neat and his crew was really on top of their game. And at all times there was a project manager or Ralph himself overseeing every aspect of the project. They cleaned up every scrap of refuse off of my property when the job was complete and were very cautious around my fruit trees, which surround my home very close to where they had to work. I would ABSOLUTELY suggest hiring Domus Roofing for your roof replacement. Quality work would be an actual understatement. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
