In 2021, Domus Construction installed a new roof on my property. Four years later, in 2025, I experienced a major leak in my living room resulting in over $10,000 worth of damages to my home and personal property. Upon contacting Domus Construction, it took three weeks before they sent anyone to address the issue. The initial "repair" consisted of someone randomly applying silicone to parts of the roof--completely missing the actual source of the leak. It wasn't until two weeks later that a section of the roof was removed and reinstalled, at which point Domus admitted the leak was due to a faulty installation from their original work in 2021. During this repair, I was told that precautions would be taken to protect my pool from construction debris. However, surveillance footage from my outdoor camera clearly shows debris, nails, and even a large metal object falling into my pool. I provided Domus with photographic evidence of this, and they initially claimed they would cover

Domus Construction did a wonderful and thorough job on our great looking new roof and gutter screens in April 2023. We were in need of a new roof which was a total tear out, replacing damaged/rotted plywood, putting on gutter screens, etc.. They were very professional, took only couple days to complete all the work, did a thorough cleanup picking up the debris/nails. They kept me up to date on their progress, respectful of property, helpful, hardworking, great warranty service, wonderful customer service, friendly and courteous team. We are thankful this big job was accomplished prior to this summer, especially after all the torrential rain/storms we have experienced during the summer and now thru the fall. Today the job conducted by Domus Construction from NJ is completed. I have to begin with loud praises for Stewart as he is the most considerate and pleasant person yet, Thank you, Stewart. My work consists of rebuilding a new roof, rebuilding a new chimney, and new gutters, this was all done to perfection. I was amazed at the machinery they were using plus the entire work crew. they told me all will be done in 2 days and it was so. I am extremely pleased as a homeowner and will wholeheartedly recommend this company in a heartbeat This was a very welcoming and satisfying experience for me and I have had my home for over 25 years now as I am 68 yrs old and dealt with lots of situations in the past. I had new siding installed about 10 years ago and I had a lifetime warranty on the siding. That company went out of business during the Covid-19 shutdown. Several strips of siding had become partially detached and I was in a rush to get fixed because of the forecast of severe winds in the near future. I had used Domus in the past to install a new roof. Since they did such a good job I decided to see if they could fit in this siding repair into their schedule. Domus sent GI to do the work on a Saturday. He did an excellent job and for a very reasonable price.

Domus Roofing installed a beautiful new roof and replaced 3 old skylights. Sal gave us a friendly no pressure presentation and stayed in contact throughout the process. Domus provided us with an Owens Corning warranty for the materials AND workmanship.

The project was top notch from start to finish. The crew was extremely professional. I could not have been more pleased with the work.

After interviewing somewhere around 10 roofers in my area, I could not be more pleased that my last interview was with Ralph from Domus Roofing. (And he traveled an hour and a half from his home base to see my job). I had prior estimates so high that I actually asked other roofers if they had guns and masks to rob me. Ralph came in without even knowing my prior estimates and literally blew their prices out of the water. He did not try to upsell me on services I didn't need and was more than straight up with me in every aspect of the sale. I knew just by speaking with him that I wanted his company to do my roof. There was a two week layover from contract signing to the actual install and on SEVERAL occasions I called Ralph with concerns and not one call went unanswered. Try to say that about other roofing contractors. (Don't hold your breath). He and his crew showed up ON TIME to do the job and were finished in a very timely fashion, even when my roof threw them some curveballs with repairs needed when old roof came off (rotten wood, etc). The work was neat and his crew was really on top of their game. And at all times there was a project manager or Ralph himself overseeing every aspect of the project. They cleaned up every scrap of refuse off of my property when the job was complete and were very cautious around my fruit trees, which surround my home very close to where they had to work. I would ABSOLUTELY suggest hiring Domus Roofing for your roof replacement. Quality work would be an actual understatement. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I worked with Ralph from the estimate through the completion of the project. The team was very efficient and did an excellent job with replacing my roof and installing the gutter guards. The plywood on my roof ended up being in worse shape than we originally thought, but Ralph took the time to throughly explain my options and never pressured me on which decision to make. I am so happy with how everything turned out and now having piece of mind that my roof is in excellent condition and I now have nothing to worry about. I would highly recommend Domus Construction!

Ralph was professional on time and gave me price quote same visit. The crew worked hard and cleaned up after .They ripped off old shingles and replaced some damaged plywood and installed new Owens corning shingles in one day on my mobile home. I would recommend Domus construction.

The timely manner in which the job was performed was great and on point. I was informed the job was going to start on day X and finish on day X and that's exactly what happened. I worked with Ralph from the estimate and beyond the completion of the project. You really get the full value of the money spent. The team was very efficient and didn't take any shortcuts in completing the job. And after the first major rain in my area Ralph called me to ask if there were any issues with the roof. For me, the team were like boy scouts, they left area cleaner than when they first arrived, I would highly recommend them to my family and friends in the future.

They have very good price compared with other quotes. 2) start the job in next week, only take 2 days with 7 crews, super-efficient. 3) The finished work is very nice. 4) they are preferred contractor from Owens Corning with 50 years warranty.

My fellows and I went through 12 roofing companies for estimates for roof replacement projects. After comparing the materials, install procedures, pricing, and warranty policies, we chose Domus Construction. I worked with Exon from Domus Construction for the price quotation and then after shopping around I signed the contract with him, majorly due to his competitive price and trustworthy certificates for the materials I would like to install for our roof. It turned out to be a two-day project and his team were very careful and very expert at replacing the roof and necessary plywoods. What I do want to further praise for his work is the after-installation service. I have heard from my neighbor that I should not expect too much for that as their contractor did not respond to them when they found roof leaking shortly after the roof replacement. But Exon did not disappoint me at all for the roof issues after the project. I understand that not every job is done 100% perfectly in the first place so I kind of keep an eye to watch out any potential problem after the project. I noticed a small gap at the corner for one of the replaced plywoods and Exon immediately sent a team to fix it with another new piece. I later also noticed some sign of raining leaking outside the metal chimney tunnel and Exon also immediately sent another team to seal any possible leaks. Neither issue had caused any damage and honestly I donâ t think any contractor can guarantee there would be no issue but the Domus service can guarantee the warranty service and it is absolutely excellent. Actually they also did a favor for me during the repair after the project and replaced an old attic fan that I forgot to ask them to replace during the project. I would recommend Exon and his team without a doubt.

I researched new roofs, products, manufacturers, styles and got 5 estimates. The first 3 estimates where a comedy skit. Three major companies blew so much hot air I thought I was in the desert. Then I met Mike J. from Domus Roofing. Mike actually gave me the same information as the first 3 companies but wasn't full of BS and was $10K to $17K less than the first 3. Since I did my homework I knew what he was talking about. In all honesty Domus wasn't the cheapest but the warranties & guarantees sold me. My last estimate, after meeting with Mike, was excellent and cheaper but didn't carry the same warranties & guarantees and couldn't do the job for 6-8 weeks. I felt the few extra dollars was worth it. I have a large house and a separate building in the back, with lots of peaks and valleys. The job took 2 days. The workers were excellent, respectful and hard working. I wanted them to stop and have breakfast but they respectfully declined and stayed on their schedule until their break at 10:00. I was very impressed with all of them. Everything that Mike promised would happen did as he said it would. The roof looks great and I am very pleased. Mike even took care of a few little issues like a bathroom fan vent and ensured the soffit vents were not blocked so the roof system worked optimally. I definitely recommend Domus Roofing. Very impressed with the overall experience. Professional estimate and explanation of the roofing system and warranty. No pressure sales pitch. Showed up as promised with a highly experienced large crew! My neighbors were astonished at how they completed the entire job in one day. I too was in need of a total replacement of plywood and once I pulled the trigger on this work Mike with Domus had the material on site in half an hour and the crew jumped on getting everything completed despite the high winds we experienced that day. That stayed till dark and still went around with flashlights to be sure everything was picked up. Highly recommend!

When I realized that I needed a new roof, I interviewed several contractors from Home Advisors, We selected Domus Construction because they were very professional (showing us samples of materials they would use and explained the purpose of each and were very responsive to getting back to us with questions we had, their reviews were excellent and they seemed sincere & honest. Once I signed a contract they came on the scheduled date. They first removed 2 layers of shingles. They rebuilt our chimney which had cracked cinderblock and shifting bricks. Once I saw pictures of the boards that were under the old shingles, I determined that all the boards (many of which were warped or wet) required replacement. Domus replace the old 1/2" boards with new 5/8" boards. Next they installed new shingles and ridge vent. The workers cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Finally, Domus installed new gutter and gutter guards. They were very thorough and did not rush. In the end, we were very happy with the new roof chimney, gutters and gutter guards. We would highly recommend Domus Construction of Clifton, NJ for any roofing project.

Just on time did a great job

I would like other to know to anticipate that you will have to replace all your plywood particularly if the roof is old. Proceed as if you will have to replace all of your plywood. They are easy to get a hold of and have good communication. They addressed all the little things and cleaned up the property well.
