I have worked with Martin and Domus Novus on many home improvement/maintenance projects, most recently the construction of a basement powder room and guest room suite with kitchenette and en suite bathroom. Martin and his crew did an amazing job transforming the space for my elderly father. Martin was very attentive to details and thoroughly considered the intended use of the space. He recommended suggestions such as a zero-entry shower, heated floors and grab bars, which make space so much more livable for my father. He went beyond doing the project I asked for and instead through his thoughtfulness and innovation, produced a space was that even better. Highly recommended.

He and his crew completed my entire condo renovation (full kitchen and bathroom reno, electric, wood floor installation and refinishing, painting, and everything in between) in 4 weeks flat. No other contractor would have been in and out that fast, and at such a great price. Highly recommend!

I had my entire home renovated by Martin, from a new bathroom and brand new kitchen to windows and doors. Martin was very easy to work with and hands on the project from beginning to end. He listens and finds solutions to your renovations needs. The cost of renovations was very reasonable and so was the time line to complete the work. I will absolutely hire him again for all of my future renovations and repair needs.

Received a prompt response and estimate for the job. Martin was very accommodating for our busy schedule and started working on the project immediately. The probject was completed quickly and right on schedule. Martin did a great job staining our floors, painting the walls and changing out doors. He even came back to do finishing touches after we moved the furniture. We are happy with the outcome.

He contacted me fast and was able to come out to the house within an hour of contact, and is very skilled communicator.
