This Deck and Porch build has been somewhat a fiasco. From not following the dimensions of the original porch, to installing damaged "EON" product so EON most likely will not honor their 25 year waranty, to telling me "flashing" will be installed and it is not, to breaking appointments, to drilling holes into railing posts where they don't belong, to not finishing the porch this has been a bad experience. No courtesy call of any sort. This company hasn't even asked for the other half of the money after the job is finished.

IT WAS VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH DAN ALLEN BLDG. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORKMANSHIP AND THE PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE DOING HOME IMPROVMENTS. I AM GLAD I USED THIS WEBSITE AND EXPLORED MY OPTIONS. THANK YOU!
