Very good follow up, even though it was a small Job. A few days late, but not a big issue as it was a small job, and not critical to be done asap. I set no urgency on it. Very good company, polite, and easy to work with. Fair price.

I would not refer them to anyone. They have ripped my screen, dumpster service never paid for by Don Anthony, I paid $4300 dollars and part of that was for the dumpster, oil all over the driveway. I had overlooked all of this ripped screen, the oil. I am still waiting for a receipt and the warranty that they said they would supply. I don't know if the roof still leaks, I will soon find out with a good rain storm. Dumpster company I had to take care of.

They didn't start the project unitl 2 months after the original projected start date. They didn't return any phone calls. I had to call them 6 times to find out way no one showed up on the date we had agreed upon.

The messed up our gutter guards and we had to send a certified letter in order to get them to correct it. They left nails all over the place. The roof leaked around the chimney when they finished. They also did not pull a permit as required by my city. When I confronted them on this, they said they had, then called the city to request one. I called the city back and they told me that Don Anthony's had just called to obtain the permit (after the job was complete).

They damaged existing new gutters on my home, scrubs damaged, new wood deck damaged and we were still picking up nails and blades from their knives weeks after the job was done. Never again would I use them at my home for improvement projects.

The dumpster and supplies came a little earlier than expected. One piece of wood trim was damaged during roof removal. The inspector who came later was very courteous and replaced the damaged trim at no charge. Overall, I expected more problems but was very satisfied with the end result and with the clean-up and follow-up afterwards. Will recommend to the rest of the neighborhood.
