Matt (AIRNow) came to my house promptly. I needed a whole new system. He understood my needs immediately, no hard sell, very straightforward. Helped me arrange financing. Offered a loaner wall unit for the weekend. Monday morning at 8:30 the installers were at my house. Also very personable and competent. Finished up in 4 hours. My new system works great! The ladies in the office were also very nice. Most importantly, when the County Inspector came, he was very complimentary about the quality of the work! All around, I couldn't have asked for more...⠦⠦.

I just was getting an annual service. I also had a few questions about getting the house to cool better. They took the time and answered all of my questions and explained everything very clearly. I will most likely need a new system soon which I knew. But they didn't pressure me into getting one. Just explained what was going on and I asked to price a new unit. A Great Experience.

They could have tried to sell me a new system, but I didn't need it yet. They fixed the issue for just the cost of the service call. I will contact them again when the thing finally needs replacing.

First I would like to mention this company actually goes by the name AirNow. I have been having issues with one of my AC units for over a year, a different company had been over charging me and now actually fixing the problem, just pressuring me to replace the unit. Jim from AirNow came out to my house, explained to me exactly what was going on, educated me on how to properly maintain/change my air filters and found that the unit did not need imminent replacing (though it is at the end of its life), the previous company had unplugged my UV lights which caused mold build up!!! I am so grateful for his evaluation, we have signed up with a service contract and would recommend them to anyone in need of AC maintenince

Don Lester, LLC sent me an email confirmation and also called to confirm my appointment. They were on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my a/c. The necessary parts were ordered (under warranty), and a technician returned the same day to repair my a/c. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.
