The contractor is unable to take payments through their web presence. Payments can only be made over the phone or by check or cash. The inability to take a payment over the Internet was not completely explain to me at the beginning of the process

Angle the contractor gave me an estimate which I thought was more than fair. He was able to do job next day. Done repair quickly and cleaned up. I would recommend this team anytime . I look forward to using the company next time needed . Thanks guys !

At 9:00 PM the night before my clients were to go to settlement an emergency call had to be placed to locate a roofing contractor. Not only did this company call me immediately, they were at my client's home at 8:00 AM the following day and began to assess the roofing problem. With a fair price approved for the proposed work, the crew began the job of locating the leak, replacing the flashing, removing the satellite dishes and repairing the roof. All this was done to ensure the buyer's of the property would move forward with the scheduled purchase time as planned. These guys know what they are doing, did a great job at a fair price and have won all my roofing referral work for the future. Their responsiveness in light of today's world was absolutely astonishing. I highly recommend giving them a call. Count me as one very satisfied real estate broker.

They had answers to all my questions, and even though I was not at home they provided me with pictures and video of the roofing job. They are very fast, friendly, and professional.

Came out when promised, inspected work to be done, gave quote, and completed the job within 3 hours. While I thought the cost was a bit high for the amount of work done, the fact that it was taken care of very quickly and my small roof leak is now behind me with no severe damage done. Sweet.....

Don Rafa Contracting was great to work with. The owner was very knowledgeable. He worked with me to get the repair done ASAP. He even had a tarp put on the damage, so the leak inside the house stopped. He showed up, as soon as the rain stopped. Fixed the original problem, and found hidden damage once he pulled off the shingles. He gave me a more then fair price to fix the extra. I highly recommend them. Great job guys!!!

Rafael did an excellent job. He was on the scene when I had questions. He has my recommendation.

Raphael came to inspect my roof leak and found it quickly. When he gave me the estimate verbally he said he would give me a written estimate when he came back to do the work. I received the written estimate the day after the work was completed. His selling point to me was when he said to my wife and I that he had 12 bundles of the exact same shingles on our roof in storage. Knowing how difficult it would be to match our shingles, convincing me he had those very shingles in storage was my deciding point. Well he did not, and if my shingles were black, what he put on may as well been white. The only thing I can say right now is my roof over my bay window is not leaking. It looks horrible, but it is not leaking.
