I would not recommend DRS Construction. It took them 6 months to complete our deck. They had many excuses for why they were not working on our project, including they forgot to order the materials. And, the finished product was not of professional quality. The railings sag, the two sides of the deck are not symmetrical, and the decking used on the stairs does not match the decking used on the main deck. Very disappointed.

I hired DRS Construction back in the later part of March to take 3 small areas, i.e. small 1/2 bathroom, small laundry room and open space in the garage for a refrigerator and freezer into 1 large 12'x8' laundry room. This project was to take about 1 to 2 weeks. Once started , I also asked Don to re-tile the kitchen. I expected both jobs to take about 3 to 4 weeks. As of today, this is week 6. The laundry room is just an open room with nothing installed pending someone to come and tile it and the kitchen. Over the last 3 weeks, no one has showed up to work for almost 50% of the time. I have placed many calls to Don with no return calls and very little work being done. We have not had use of the laundry room for 5 weeks and very limited use of the kitchen for over a week with no idea when the work will be done. To say "I am frustrated" is an understatement!!!

Don and his team responded perfectly to all projects I threw at them working through the weekend to complete the project. I will definitely use them again.

Don and his people were very easy to work with. They arrived when they said would and worked hard on our project.

Don and his crew did a fabulous job on our 3 car garage. Don never made you feel like an inconvenience, he was always quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. We will definitely use his team for any additional projects in the future.

He went above and beyond!
