He has the nastiest disposition, he helps himself to the drinks you have in your garage including the beer. He sits down 90% of the time and has someone else do the job, he leaves for the day and leaves the trash. He moves my belongings from their place. He digs into my husband's tools. He parks with the tires on your lawn. After he leaves I need therapy.

He did a good job and the price was reasonable.

He came and put up the shelf, told me it would be sturdy, I realized it was not stable, the shelf fell and when I called him he said he would come back but I never heard from him again.

Well Donald called right up after I sent a request on Home Advisors and he was ready to do the work after I wanted a second opinion of my water leak diagnosis after a previous contractor had given me in reality a bogus diagnosis of a foundation and roof repair for water leak in washroom of rental home. So I given Donald my property manager number to get tenant information and he asked for the bogus diagnosis from the previous contractor so Donald just said he didnt see a major issue but just the roof stacks needs sealing. So he sealed the roof vent stack but tenant still had a water leak in washroom afterwards. I then hired a plumber and come to find out it was the water heater leaking and on it is way out smh. So it was replaced and resolved so 200 bucks down the drain for roofing when it was the water heater smh. Donald was a nice guy but I wasted money on something that could have been put on that water heater.

I hired Donald to hook up my washer and dryer. The washer was not hooked up to the water supply properly. The drain hose was in the wrong place so water would have been dumped into the ceiling and walls. Was paid and the job is not done. I will have to hire someone else to come out. Buyer Beware!
