Don The Plumber

I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again.

I hired Don to install a new hot water heater in my home and replace a faucet in my backyard. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work that he did. I will definitely be hiring him again and will be passing his name on to others who are in the need of a good, honest, and reliable plumber.

I had a leak in a water feed pipe for my pool fill supply that was leaking both inside and outside of an outside wall. Don quoted me a price that included replacing the old vacuum breaker and all needed fittings. Even though the work entailed more than was originally thought, Don stuck to his previously quoted price. Having been in the Trades (HVAC) for more than 40 years I can attest to the quality and attention of Dons work. Dons work was also at a very reasonable price! In this day and age it is rare to find a plumber of Dons caliber!

We called "Don the Plumber" (Don Kittell 702-604-9481) yesterday and he was out at 8 am this morning. He gave me a quote and I paid the exact quote. He was friendly, fast and determined to do a great job. We called him about a leaky toilet and replacing a garbage disposal. However, after replacing all of the inner workings of the toilet along with the rusted bolts, the toilet still leaked. He found that the tank had cracked. We had to buy a new one. Even though we would now have to have a toilet installed, other than the price of the toilet, he didn't charge us anything extra to install. And both the toilet and the disposal would have been done quickly but he ran into a problem with a defective toilet, so even though I offered to let him come back the next day, he drove to his distributor and back in 30 minutes with a toilet that was then installed in what seemed like less than 30 minutes and works beautifully. I am so appreciative that he did what he said he would do, for the price that he said he would do it (and it was very reasonable) and he backed up his work by making sure that he did it right. I couldn't recommend this guy and his company any more highly (next week he is coming out to replace some sinks and faucets!) CALL HIM!

Don the Plumber is great! You can't beat his prices anywhere and his work is professional and top notch! I highly recommend him, and he is my go-to for anything plumbing related.

Don’t think of calling any other plumber. Don the plumber has over 30 years experience came to me when no one else wood. He just wants to do it right! My job was done perfectly quickly and to code. I’ve got Don coming back for lots more work. CALL HIM. I promise youlll be happy

Don had excellent customer service skills. He took the time to trouble shoot the issues in my shower and fix the problems. He will now be our go to plumber for all future plumbing needs!
