Done Brite Services

Paid $60.00 about a month ago and a part was to be ordered. I have called several times with no return call. All I want is an update on where the part is or how long it is going to take. So far I feel as though the only thing that has been taken is my money.

Showed me the damaged part; and shopped it from multiple suppliers for the lowest cost.

On time and fixed the problem.

The first time I used this company it was for a compactor problem. They solved the problem right away! The next time I used them was for a dryer seal problem, he diagnosed the problem and put the part on order. He keeps letting me know that getting the part is very slow for some reason, but he is keeping at it.

Timely arrival is a real issue. Arrived 2 hrs late to promised arrival time, but work was done very well and was very apologetic. I will consider Done Rite again, however.

Might have been a bad day for Bobby.... first mtg to diagnose went fine ~ the part had to be ordered as not in stock (not his fault) so we scheduled the next date. 1/2 hour after the time we agreed to (9am) on the day of the appmt he said he was running late (mix up with my part) -- said a few hours-- we communicated all day which which turned into a 4:40 pm arrival time. I spent the day waiting with a list of things I needed to do but couldn't get in my car and travel too far. Oh well ... as I said, it must have been a very bad day.

He came out on the same day that I called, very polite, knew what the problem was right away, showed and explained the problem, and how it would be fixed. Experienced, prompt, friendly service.

Fast response. Great Service. Price seemed reasonable on a fridge that had stopped cooling.

Showed up an hour and a half late. I needed to call them to confirm that they were going to show up. On a positive note, he did fix the dishwasher and came back in a couple of hours with the part needed to complete the job. Cost of the repair seemed fair.

They found the problem with the compactor right away. Of all things, a connection to one of the switches was disconnected. I was afraid that it would be the motor, again. I suspected a switch problem, but couldn't do the work myself anymore.

When Bobby heard that I had a freezer that was not functioning properly, he promptly came over to diagnose the problem and offer a fix on a holiday, July 4 th. He returned twice to try and fix the freezer because it still was not working properly. Unfortunately, the problem turned out to be more costly than he had anticipated. He therefore suggested we try purchasing a new freezer as the cost of repairs would amount to more than the fix. He subsequently refunded the entire amount of money we paid him. This I find to be truly rare and thoughtful in a world where people a lot of times only care about the dollar, and not about whether the client is satisfied or not. Good job. I highly recommend this company.

Very quick service. Came out same day and repaired. Courteous and Clean. Fought through Friday 5 afternoon traffic to complete the job.

Took longer than expected, but my dryer is working like new.

Quick response to inquiry and was very considerate with phone calls and when he would arrive. The representative was very nice, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He even had the part with him from what he thought the problem would be from our initial phone conversation. He offered good advice to me and I will definitely use him again and/or his company.

This company offered fast, reliable, knowledgeable service. Their representative was most helpful in explaining the problem and using ingenuity to find the least costly, but sure, solution. I would hire them again in a minute for any project.
