Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
He gave me an estimate, then asked for $1500 up front for materials and said his hourly rate was $25. This constituted a time and material agreement. He did not do some of the work agreed on in our written agreement, would not produce receipts and said, the thing is, I use a lot of material I have on hand. Then asked for the balance based on the highest estimate. I then realized he thought he was working on a flat rate contract. He did a few things right but many things wrong costing me an additional $300. Had to re-do several areas, used the wrong paint to match up, and left cigarette butts all over with other debris, for me to clean up.

He was very professional and knowledgeable about the carpentry repairs I needed done. He was always punctual, gave me an estimate and stuck to it. The work was exceptionally good.
