When I scheduled a free estimate they were prompt, even early. Then he said they would be there the next Monday to install the roofing repair. Monday came and went with no contact from the company. They called Saturday evening and said they had had trouble finding the shingles since they were 50 year shingles. Then they called again Sunday to say they would be there Monday at 9:00a.m. It wasn't until 11:22 that they showed up. He did fix the roof in a timely manner and fixed a small hole with a piece of sheet metal instead of the plywood. The price was adjusted. The repairman did sweep off the roof of any remaining debris.

Needed the roof replaced but was apprehensive of the storm chasing roofing vultures that show up every spring. Done Right was very professional, fast, and fairly priced. After years of coating my parent's mobile home the coating was thick and cracking causing the roof to leak. We needed a solution and Done Right Roofing and Restoration provided that. With their high quality customer service and the free estimate that we received made our choice easy. Done Right installed a rubber roof for my parent's home and did an exceptional job. Their installation crew showed up early and worked late in order to make sure that the roof would be completed. We believe we made the right choice because we wanted this roof to be done right and they made sure it was. To top it off they provide a twenty five year warranty that you do not receive with other companies. I would recommend Done Right to anyone.
