The last comment on "value for the dollar" really struck home. We also had "wireone" bid on the job. Their bid was more than double, and I have no ideal what else they could have done.

They were quick and easy to come and handle our issue. Same day service was awesome. More reliable and efficient and cost worthy than dealing directly with dish network.

Did call us right away but we were going to be out of town for a few days. he called us when we arrived home but we didn't schedule an appointment right away. we called a few days later and he was supposed to return our call but didn't so we waited a couple days more and called again. he didn't call again. we gave it one more try and they did come out and told us what we needed. hopefully when we get the part our problem will be solved

Came over early and started job after they were told what I needed done. Work was challenged by the hot attic work. Enjoyed the concern showed for my home. Would recommend for other camera work.

Chad was very helpful and professional. He always showed up on time. The installer, Jeremy, was a sub-contractor. When Jeremy installed the network cable, my wife and I told him several times that it was not working. He made several excuses and even said that he had made and tested the network cable himself. Once the cameras were installed, he left quickly without addressing the network issue. I went and purchased a new network cable and installed it myself. The system worked fine then. I think the installation price was a bit expensive. They charged $1016 to install a wired, 8 camera home system that only cost $1100 itself. They did not offer any discounts such as senior citizen or veteran, not did they offer to discount the price for the network cable I bought and installed myself. Again, Chad was great. Jeremy, not so much. I felt he was dishonest about the network cable instead of owning up to a simple mistake.

They were pleasant and prompt. Did the work no problem. Guaranteed satisfaction. When there was a problem a few days later I was told I would be charged for a service call if they came out. What was guaranteed. I said forget it.
