Hired him for landscaping. Way over priced and always tried to upsell. Fell for one aspect of his upselling and it was one of my biggest mistakes. Definitely not worth it at all. Would not recommend.

I am very happy with the outcome of this job. The project took much longer than I had anticipated but that was due to the timing of the job. He couldn't do anything as long as the basement was wet, and the water just kept coming in. But, its finally done and I just love is. So clean and really did exceed my expectations.

Have not done work yet so I'm only rating him on his fast respond to my call and is know how all about stone foundations and water proofing. Was told by him to do afew things to make it ready for him (other work first) so I will be calling him Back to repair and waterproof my stone foundation very happy with in SO FAR we will see !!!!!!!!?????????

Overall a good experience. Responded in a timely manner and the work was good. My only complaint was that in their effort to prevent water from getting on the treated floor they stapled a plastic tarp onto the brand new trim pieces on the garage. Not just a few staples but over 20. I had to remove them myself.

Done Right Serives is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and also finished the job quickly. The repaired wall looks fantastic and has definitely improved the value of our townhouse complex. Jeremy was always availalbe to answer questions and extremely helpful in sizing up the job that had to be done. I would highly recommend this company for any type of waterproofing work. They are true professionals in every sense of the word....

MAJOR WATERPROOFING BASEMENT / CRAWL SPACE / BULKHEAD / CRACKED FOUNDATION The review's and the fact I researched every avenue to fix the massaive amounts a water that would enter the basement threw the floor, walls, bulk head, and crawl space I had many contractors come over with there way of fixing it from inside and out from sump pump french drains to digging up under the foundation and sealing from the outside well it was no brainer Jeremy had the best solution hands down and the best value Jeremy's product's really work and he lived up to his name DONE RIGHT SERVICE'S he can tackle almost any project give him a shot no disappointment

Jeremy was curteous, customer service focused, and did a great job on my basement. He worked hard to make sure I was happy and was also flexible in making this project work for me. He had a very challenging basement - a 100+ year old fieldstone basement with places where all the mortar was gone and we could stare at sunlight from the basement. He powerwashed and cleaned out the joints, repacked and stabalized the mortar, and then sealed the entire foundation. It looks like a million bucks now! Very satisfied and will hire him again for related projects!

Done Right did an EXCELLENT job.They works on a drainage project around the entire perimeter of my house - the work was timely, on budget and done to the highest standards. I would use them again and recommend strongly.

Jeremy of Done Right Services completed our Garage Floor resurfacing last week. He spent days clearing away old mortar, paint, and epoxy from the pitted floor. Jeremy went the extra mile and rented special tools needed to remove old debris. He never complained or threw up his hands when problems arose- he simply went about creating solutions. When he was finally satisfied with the floor surface he applied many coats to create a shiny, smooth garage floor. He even painted the waterproof coating up the walls. We are very pleased with the final product and will recommend Jeremy to friends.

This was our first experience with Service Magic. I was a little hesitant to book thru a web service -- but was pleased with the fast feedback from all the "power wash" contractors. We chose Done Right Services as their proposal was the only one that included "a light scrub" to the entire house and also that they used "green" products. The result of the cleaning was quite impressive --- considering that one side of our house was starting to look like a "science project" due to all the rain in recent weeks. My husband and I would definitely rehire them to power wash the house again.
