"This is a case where we went above and beyond for a client of ours! We were given a few small tasks to complete and the whole time the customer was rushing our technician to get the job done faster while risking their life claiming above a refrigerator in an old garage to bring down furniture that was very fragile. All the while the client did not want to ensure that our technician was safe. Our technician even went back to the local hardware store to replace a piece of glass in an old glass pane window where the customer also underestimated the complicit of the task. We did not charge extra when the glass was cut incorrectly."

I was called right away and he came out that same day. He knew what he was doing and was very professional. My floor wasn t level so he had a lot of tweaking to do to one of the doors. He cleaned up and left no mess. The job took 1.5 hours. I was very pleased.

Baruch was so friendly when I first called to discuss the issue with my clothes dryer. He asked a lot of questions and then gave me an estimate of the fee he would charge. He came the next day, on time, and was very thorough. He told me exactly what he was doing and what to do in the future to avoid any further issues. I was so pleased with the service. I will definitely contact him again if I need to and would highly recommend him to anyone else.
