Roy and his crew are top notch to work with. Originally got a quote from Donerite about a year ago. We were delayed in starting our project, so when I was ready, I asked Roy to send me an updated quote. Quote came through again quickly and Roy was very accommodating to my schedule which was again a few weeks out. Scheduling was quick and they showed up when they said they would. At the last minute, I decide I wanted to install an attic fan and Roy answered all my questions and was able to accommodate the install. The crew works hard and they are friendly while still maintaining a professional manner. I appreciated everything that they did. Project was done in time stated and looks great. I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. Thanks Donerite! While I can't say I look forward to seeing you again soon, I will most definitely contact you for any roofing projects in the future.

Andrew came out access the job and determined what was required and went to pickup additional part. He completed the job in a timely manner with no hiccups, he was very courteous and professional.

The repair guy came out, identified the problem and replaced the shingles that were missing. He didn't try to sell me on a new roof or charge an arm and a leg to fix

Worker was courteous and the job well done. He had to reschedule once, though didn't hamper completion.

Andrew listened to what we knew then investigated really well and came up with a diagnosis for a leak by the dormer. Spot on! We found him to be reliable and knowledgeable. Very nice young man. We were very pleased. Have a few more projects we will call them to work on.

They replaced old shake roof. The job was done fast and generously added small additional repairs not charging extra. I was impressed and decided to replace the GP siding as well. Roy came to offer a free estimate. During the interview, Roy was knowledgeable and friendly (easygoing). Donerite's quote was not the lowest or the highest, the quote was informative, mostly complete, and when asked, Roy offered a very good, verifiable quote. Weather and personal scheduling issues were well handled/accommodated. The old roof removed and the new roof installed in two days, per quoted timeframe. Clean up was good. Issues (inevitable) were dealt with well and quickly. As this business also supported remodeling, I also asked for a quote on another, tiny project. The second project was reasonably priced, so Roy's team will be asked to return. Their flexibility is greatly appreciated. I think my strongest comment would be - I would hire them again.

I live in a modest house so I didn't wanted spend too much but still needed quality with some backing. I got my roof and gutters last fall and no leaks this last rainy winter. Customer service and work tailored to my budget and needs.

The crew showed up on time (8 AM) & started working. By 10 AM the original work had been removed & the replacement shingles were being loaded to the working area. The work was completed before 4 PM. Clean up was so thorough that I never would've know that they were there, except for a new roof. Impeccable performance.

Have a small real estate portfolio. Exactly what you need for the busy man, a company that gives you an honest price for honest work. I will be using them again for other projects.

Great work, customer service was a bit lacking as I had to call them several times about when they were coming etc but they got it done rite and were very reasonably priced.
