This company was prompt, competitively priced, and professional. I would suggest that if you have an older garage door that you consider a replacement, as well as comparing the expense to repair. My garage door was pretty old, and I opted to repair it, and was satisfied with the result.

The installer, Toby was very polite, professional, and was very detailed with the installation. His knowledge of garage door products and installations was very evident throughout the installation process. I was present for the entire installation process and from my engineering perspective, he did an outstanding job. I would recommend him for any garage door replacement and installation.

We unexpectedly needed our garage door replaced. We called several places, but Done Wright had the best price. Toby came out and gave us a quote for a less expensive door since we wanted to spend as little as possible. He didn't try to upsell us at all, just gave us all the facts we needed. We went with a better quality door because the price difference wasn't that much. There was no hard sell nor did he try to sell us things we didn't need. They even worked around the kids' nap schedule when it came time for the installation. Wonderful customer service and we will definitely be calling them if we need anything else!

I had a repairman at my home in a half-hour and the work was completed in another half-hour. So my garage door was working again an hour after I spoke to Done Wright. Toby just fixed my garage door. He didn't try to talk me into a new opener or door when it wasn't needed. I would definitely call them again.
