The technician came on time on a Saturday morning (snowing). He checked my heat pump and gave me possible reasons that why the heating stopped working the other day. He suggested to replace the supply fan motor capacitor, which I took the service. The company charged $69 for the trip, and waive this fee if you had them doing the service. The technician seems pretty knowledgable and polite.

They performed good service promptly. Very expensive - around $400 labour for a half hour of service.

"This was a warranty repair that was quoted to Mr. B prior to him scheduling the work. The technician was there one hour, but we have additional costs with this type of repair. Warranty processing for Lennox returned parts, and drive up expenses. Then we have to guarantee the repair for one year. I assume that Mr. B had received other quotes and accepted ours, because he referenced the exact work in the job description. We arrived on time in the allotted appointment. No surprises."

The issue I had with my heater was that the air was coming cool. I had this repair guy come and look at it. The issue was that my pin was not clean and therefore the heater could not calculate the amount of heat it was generating so it shuts itself down. The cost was around $200 for just cleaning a pin. That was not reasonable at all....
