One Time Interior House Cleaning
We weren't impressed with her cleaning service...maybe just an off day? She offered to come back as well but we didn't take her up on it. Streaks on mirrors, cleaner residue in sinks, showers were just sort of cleaned, etc.

I was happy with the cleaning, but after few services, they stopped coming to work. Every time I call, they would say, he or she will call back and I would never hear back. I had to hire someone else.

Did not remove garbage, did not move ottoman and vacuum underneath it, did not remove hand prints on windows or doors, did not remove dishes from sink, did not do as nice a job as other services we've used. We are not having her again.

We hired Donna Erickson Services to clean our home. Donna and her husband cleaned twice. We had another cleaning scheduled recently and no one showed up nor called to this day. I'm very disappointed and had hoped we hired professional to come in our home. A simple phone call would have been nice. Be aware of who you hire.

mediocre job - was told it would be $200 but I informed her the house (my dad's) was really dirty and she said no problem. they went in a second time as I told her a few things that were missed. after they finished we had to go in after and finish the cleaning. it was a lot to expect for $200 but I was told it would be cleaned well no matter how much needed to be done. have also asked for a quote to clean the carpet and did not receive that.

Donna was wonderful and she and her husband did a beautiful job cleaning my home. I don't think I have seen my floors or bathrooms shine as brightly. She was friendly, accommodating and best of all priced much more affordable than the larger chain services.
