Extremely rude and condescending when he found out it was just a mini split start up. Instead of a simple no we don't do that he kept me on the phone to lecture me and acted as if he were angry with me for trying to save money by installing it myself and then having it charged by them. Install costs more than what I paid for the units and I can't afford it. He said do you understand what I'm saying to you right now and went on a condescending rude and offensive rant.

Donnelly was very professional. I look forward too our on going relationships. The salesman Jason and the installation team were very knowledgeable and courteous.

We have been customers of Donnelly Heating and Air Conditioning for many years. Tom Donnelly personally helped me debate the ins and outs of replacing our AC and furnace. He was not pushy at all and I trusted his opinion. His employees arrive and time and are trustworthy, most of whom have been with their company for a long time. I trust them to work in the house when no one is home, and have always been completely satisfied.

The tech from Donnelly talked to his manager and then tried to charge me for a part that did not need repair. I asked him to leave and then called Horizon who fixed my problem without trying to charge me for parts that were not an issue. You cannot trust Donnelly - especially if you are not literate in HVAC. I would never call them in the future.

On time and courteous

I waited to write this review until all the work as completed and we received the stated rebates. I highly recommend Donnelly HVAC!, The owner personally came out and gave us the best system for our money. All work was completed professionally and on time. honest and straightforward approach to installing and pricing new gas heater and central air conditioning system. Installers were knowledgeable and paid attention to detail.

Great local company here in West Chester, PA. Easy to do business with. Installers were courteous and professional. Lost my heat during the really cold week after Christmas. Great turnaround time and installed a new gas furnace/ac unit with it 15° to 20° outside. No problems 1 month later. Highly recommend.

Selling the house and wanted to assure buyers that the programmable thermostat was functioning properly. There had been some glitches. We had time constraints and Donnelly scheduled a technician to come out at 7:30 am. He diagnosed the programming on the unit and stayed for the time it took to measure the temp and assure us it was functioning well.

Fixed the problem. Seemed knowledgeable. Was very personable.

Professional crew, explained the system well when the work was completed. One reason I chose Donnelly was the completeness of the initial estimate (included licensing and insurance information).

Donnelly HVAC just finished up a complete HVAC installation at my home and they did an excellent job. I had a new furnace, AC system, and some ancillary duct work done and knew this was going to be a big job. Tom and his team were prompt to respond; provided solutions; and had the most competitive price out of three quotes I received. I didn't feel the sales pitch or scare tactics from Tom that I know I was receiving from the other companies. Josh and Lou did the install and Lou is a true artist with his craft. He was able to do great work installing new ducts and working with my existing ducts to balance the air flow. Josh and Lou worked hard and was able to complete the job in less than 3 days. Overall the new system is running great! My wife and I are very happy and will certainly use Donnelly again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Personnel are knowledgeable, punctual and courteous. The sales rep provided me with web links to evaluate the heat pump system he recommended and other systems for comparison. He also provided the web link to apply for a rebate from my electricity supplier. Removal of old system and installation of new system went smoothly. The installer provided instruction re changing filter, thermostat settings, etc.

Donnelly is a very well qualified and professional organization . We were extremely pleased with the outcome of our project and will work with them in the future.

I had them install a boiler. They had to come back three times to come and look for a leak and only on the third time when the service manager came out were they able to get it fixed. Overall their pricing is fair and they are very eager to fix their problems, but it takes them a couple of times to get it right.

Sales guy was very knowledgable, oversold me a bit on ductwork retrofit to get the smaller unit (than my current one) connected. Installer ended up putting it up on cinder blocks, not what i had in mind.

Not the lowest rice but good communication through the project. Owner responds to e-mails with explanations and follows up with his promises. Installation was good except for scratching up basement floor without repairing. Also had to have service back in to fix a leaky duct joint causing noise. Overall good experience - would have been excellent except for minor install issues. All in working order for now and satisfied.

Donnelly installed two heat pumps to create a dual heat system with existing propane furnaces. They were very competitively priced, undercutting another highly rated company by several thousands of dollars. The installation took a bit longer than first estimated, but not too bad.

The installers from Donnelly Heating & Air Conditioning spent nearly 9 hours installing a new furnace system in my home�everything from hauling out the giant old unit to completely refitting the air-intake system and ductwork to the chimney. The installers worked efficiently and quietly throughout the day. The new furnace�a downflow unit that isn�t used much these days�made a tremendous difference in heating my home. However, communication between myself and the company wasn�t the greatest some of the time, even though the estimate was conducted in a very professional manner, and this led to several misunderstandings that they eventually made right, including installing a new thermostat at no charge.
