They are 2, very nice, young boys... They were simply not prepared for a large property. They should have called back to finish the job. In a few years, they may be top-notch... but, as of now, if you have a small yard, they will quote you with a high price. If its anything complicated, give them a few years to get experience.

He offered a cheaper price if I paid him cash. Paid for 3 mowes in advance, mowed once. Gave excuses for serval weeks and refused to give our money back and blocked my wifes and my number.

Awful experience. Donofrio contacted me regarding my project. I spoke to them on Saturday and we agreed that they would come out on Tuesday to cut our grass and weed wack. It rained heavily on Monday and I contacted them on Tuesday to see if we were still on. They texted me back and said yes and were at my house by 9 am. They sent pictures of the lawn after and based on their pictures, the job looked as though they did well. When I arrived home, large clumps of grass remaining on the lawn. In addition, they tore up spots with the wheels of the mower. Finally, you can see tire marks where they ran over our plant by our mailbox. I contacted them and told them I was disappointed and sent them the pictures. The response was Yeah I am sorry. The grass was really wet this morning from all the rain and it was kinda long...... The best I can do is give you a discount next week. This is not okay!!! If the grass was too wet, why did not they wait a day for it to dry? Also, if the grass was long, why did not they use a bag for the clippings? I would expect better service and for them to make it right. Simply giving a discount for the next time is not enough. They drove away, knowing there were grass clippings all over the lawn and holes from the tires, and did not think twice about it. Because of the mess, we had to hire a separate company to come to clean up the clippings and try to fix the mess that was left behind. I am disappointed in their service and WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone.
