Easy to work with and great job!

What seemed to have started out as a professional experience, quickly turned south. Had a great consultation with Donovan for redoing our stair case, very friendly guy. After that he would always show up for the job much later than he said he was coming, took very excessively long breaks, and took other phone calls 85% of the time time he was working on the job. It was completely unprofessional. I have never had a trades person be on their phone the whole time they work. On top of that, he did not seem prepared for job at all - didnâ t have appropriate tools needed and several times he asked us if we had certain tools he could borrow. To top it off, as he was finishing up the job and getting the balusters put into the stairs he came and gave us some bad newsâ ¦ that the balusters were too far apart and needed to be spaced closer together for safety purposes. He told us he had called his wife who was an attorney and asked her â should I just finish the job, take my check and go, or should I go tell the homeowner the problem.â My mind was blown that he actually said that to us. He had already completed half of the stair case before realizing that it was spaced improperly. As a professional who specializes in stairs he should have measured and caught this on the first step. I then had to go re-purchase new balusters, which set me back another $200 in material. And then he told us he would have to charge more than he originally quoted to fix the mistakeâ ¦ a mistake that HE made and he should have caught immediately. All around a horribly disappointing experience and major loss of time and money.

Very straightforward, professional, and courteous interactions. Very knowledgeable on the work. Did gutter cleaning, painting, mesh installation, and covering siding with Aluminum. Done the job very well at a reasonable price.

The quality of the work was excellent. Donovan is professional, trustworthy, and highly skilled. He did a great job installing handrails, bathroom grab bars, fixing windows, doors, and a garage door. He explained everything clearly, he was on time, and cleaned up thoroughly. His priorities were safety and quality work. He did a beautiful job. Highly recommended.
