This plumber came out in a timely fashion, however he didn't arrive when he was supposed to so i would change his timeliness to a 4 actually. But once he was here and worked diligently and was done relatively quickly. We did have a small problem where one of the pipes he replaced continued to leak and we called him on a late afternoon and he was there first thing the next morning to fix it and we don't seem to have a problem now. We were very happy with his responsiveness and his overall job.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I had a sump pump installed in my basement after the wide spread flooding that occurred in our region this past March by Mr. Rick Donovan. Never having a sump pump installed before, I was not totally sure what to expect. I thought by contacting your online organization for a good quality reference I would be all set. Mr. Donovan quoted me a price of $1,200 to do the job. I had asked around the neighborhood and they said that was about right. He responded quickly when basement was flooded and not only pumped my basement but installed a sump pump next day. The workmanship was neat and they were courteous. Would have hit 5-stars but I paid a whopping premium for the services given the urgent circumstances, but he met the need.

I called one night and Rick from Donovan Plumbing came the very next morning. I even called him late at night with a question and he did not mind. His service was perfect. He charged me $400 for a sump pump which included labor. He also offered to install a battery backup at a later time and gave me some free advice on my aging furnace. I would definitely recommend Donovan!

Plumber was very flexible in his timing. Water heater broke on a weekend and his visit on Sunday to get an early look at the issue helped communicate with the manufacturer warranty department early Monday. The plumber was able to get the part from a local dealer the same day and avoided further delay in fixing the heater. I was very dissatisfied by this work. He burnt the warranty label displayed on the water heater. I have no idea about his attempt to remove the warranty label. I had gas leak after the fix. The issue continued even after the second visit attempt to fix the same. I ended up fixing the leak issue myself.
