He was very fast to respond and came out the next day. Unfortunately I had to buy a new washer, but the service call was cheaper than Sears and he was honest about the repair cost not being worth it on my 20 year old machine.

The project turned out to be more difficult than expected, no shock there! Seems to be my luck with appliances. He worked diligently, asked for help when he wasn't sure, kept his cool and pleasant demeanor during a very frustrating job. I am very appreciative of all he did.

The response to my inquiry was fast and professional. The issue with my washer was discussed and we made an appointment for later that morning. He called to let me know he would be late as he stopped to pick up some parts he thought would fix the problem He showed up and the repair was taken of within an hour. I am pleased with the outcome and will contact this service again.
