Was honest and didn’t charge for a cleaning we didn’t need. Did remove an extra filter that was a hazard. Was friendly and honest.

Don was very knowledgeable, explained lots of fireplace info regarding types of wood, how to use and maintain your fireplace, and very important, your chimney needs inspected for Home owners insurance. Very reasonable and I would recommend his services to my friends, family and neighbors. Overall a very positive experience.

Don was on time, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, gave lots of tips as to how to build a fire in the fireplace properly, where to store oak fire wood outside the house. He cleaned the fireplace completely and told us what else to add to the chimney to protect the chimney and roof. He will order a part to repair the crack in the back of the fireplace. He will install it as soon as he gets the part. Don’s service fee was very economical for the work he did. The service took about hour and half. We would highly recommend Don’s Chimney Service for chimney inspection, cleaning and repair.

Inspected chimney and found area's of brick needing fixed and crack in cap on top. Referred me to a brick mason.

Don did a great job at evaluating my chimney and fireplace system. He did a thorough inspection and cleaned the firebox. He did not try to sell me additional service of cleaning the chimney and in fact told me it was OK and did not need cleaning. He suggested a chimney cap be installed and gave me the name of another professional to do that. I was very satisfied with Don and his company!

I scheduled the appointment through the home advisor app. When no one showed, I contacted him directly. He said he was notified by home advisor that I cancelled the appt. I didn't. Anyway, he came to our house right away. The job was completed well and at a reasonable price.

I checked into this for my mother. My brother scheduled and said they were thorough and helpful. As it turned out, she did not need a chimney service right now, but she need need another service. They assisted with that, and made suggestions on services she may need in a year or so from them. They did not try to sell us on things we did not need. WILL definitely call them back. Very pleasant, professional and helpful.
