Don's Garage Doors

Better than excellent. You dont provide enough stars for Jaxon. Thorough and educated me as he walked me through. Even started us off by offering to bring coffee as we get introduced. Best of care and manners ★★★★★★

Every aspect of this process has been easy and professional. Garage door is gorgeous. Tanner did a wonderful job on the install. Highly recommend!

Our technician Trey was more than just professional, prompt and courteous, he demonstrated a clear knowledge and acted as a consultant based on our repair needs. That partnership is what makes a difference and distinguishes Dons service from others we’ve experienced.

Excellent and professional, the right company who will do exceptional repairs at a great price.

Dylan and his assistant is exceptional and very knowledgeable. Top of the line, I will be using his service for any service on our house. Thank God for professional service man like Dylan. Give him a raise. Thanks again from Herbert Grim.👍😁🎇

Very satisfied with work and professional tech

Great job!!!

Fast ecficiant

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old. So happy with the service and as a Realtor for 29 years will be referring A-1 to all my clients! Jo R Tucson Az

Experienced, kind and customer oriented. Very satisfied so far

Door was in bad shape. GDS fixed the door quickly Somewhat pricy

William was on time for for his appts; did good work and is personable.

Great. He took care of and fixed the problem.

He came when he said he would.

Josh, the serviceman from A1 Garage Door, was on time, did a complete inspection of both garage doors, found the problem, serviced completely both doors and within a few hours . He explained everything he did, and reprogrammed our garage openers. We were very happy with this entire process.

Went well!

Good job

Excellent! Brent was a great communicator, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient Highly recommend this company. Matthew also assisted with repairing our garage door. Great attitudes.

A $300.95 project turned out to be almost $1,400.00. Talked to a woman on the phone and she was more interested in if this were an insurance claim or if I were going to pay for it. There were all sorts of *extra* charges on the bill. I had to get another company to come in and fix the problem they were supposed to fix. I surely will not be hiring them again!

Good service professional job great salesman double the cost

Had a broken spring. Tech was professional, answered all my questions and finished the job in about an hour or so. Straightforward with price and warranty info.

Our technician was Alec and he was so informative and really knew what he was doing. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and made sure that we were all set and satisfied. He came the same day that we called which was a big help since our car was stuck inside the garage. We were very pleased.

Polite, professional , efficient, price was better than previous appraisal. I was totally happy. Thanks!

A1 was very professional and charged a fair price to repair our garage door. I felt the repairman was quick and presented us with all of our options before moving forward.

the technician came in a timely fashion, and notified he was on his way. He quickly discerned the problem and resolved it. The cost was a little steep, but the peace of mind is well worth it. We will call them again if the need arises.
