Shawn arrived on time as arranged a week ahead. Re-keyed all our locks as we had just moved a household member out and didn't want them having access. Fast, professional and all keys work. Put their number in my contacts list for any future problems. Oh, also extremely reasonable pricing. I found them in the phone book but wanted to put their good review here for anyone looking for good workmanship and customer service. Not easy to find these days.

I used them years ago when we lived in Oklahoma City for a similar issue, the front door lock. We were very satisfied back then, almost 20 years ago and we haven't been let down. I was so glad to see that they were the ones suggested for the job. Quentin was on time, very professional, and brought back an otherwise dead to the world, antiquated lock system to full functionality, something I really didn't think was possible since the lock must have been close to 30 or 35 years old and parts are simply not available, but when Quentin was done it worked like brand new and we are very very pleased with the outcome and the price was more than fair. We will definitely use them again when the need calls for it.
